IT Support Specialist

The IT, and A/V, Support Specialist is a customer service-focused, flexible, role. Requirement for being successful in this role are solid analytical and problem-solving skills, a proven ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks efficiently, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The IT support specialist must be able to interface with internal and external stakeholders equally effectively. The role reports to the Director of IT Operations.
